Our Kickboxing Conditioning Class blends moves from martial arts, boxing, and traditional aerobics to create an intense exercise program that will get you fit and keep you in shape. If you are looking for a workout that will tone your body, build endurance, and blast away fat, you should definitely give kickboxing a try.

Our Kickboxing Conditioning Class is not just another kickboxing class. You will not just be waving your arms around and giving a few half hearted kicks. You will be learning self-defense skills all while you are burning up to an amazing eight hundred calories an hour. Students can take this class by itself or along with other martial arts classes. Either way, you will learn basic martial arts moves all while strengthening your body.

Butt and Legs

What a Class is Like

Our Kickboxing Conditioning Classes start with a few minutes of stretching to slowly warm up the body. Gradually the pace picks up until you are fully involved in doing knee strikes, kicks, and punches. The time will just fly by as you burn fat and stress. At the end of class we do a brief cool-down to return your heart rate to normal. By the time you are finished with the class, you will be soaked with sweat, but completely relaxed. The first few times you attend you will be worn out by the end of class. But after a week or two, your Kickboxing Conditioning Class will leave you energized for the rest of the day.
